What, exactly, does Laser Hair Removal involve?
The laser light is monochromatic; in other words it recognises only one colour: the melanin in the hair. Therefore the laser targets this melanin and penetrates to the hair root, progressively destroying the cells that create the hair.

Hirsutism: Excess Hair
This is the medical term denoting excessive growth of hair in women, following a male distribution pattern, such as sideburns, beard, neck, breast areolas, chest, thighs, back and around the navel. In almost all cases this causes an aesthetic problem. It's a disorder affecting approximately 10% of women of fertile age.

The treatment depends on the cause that brings about the condition, though the most often used are Laser Hair Removal and the use of hair growth retardants. A physical examination is essential and, in many cases, an analysis of hormone levels.

To treat this problem we advise an assessment consultation of 30 minutes duration, costing 50 Euros. Normally an analysis will be prescribed for the customer and the problem will be treated by laser, electrical depilation and the recommendations given by the specialist.

Hydro-adenitis
Hydro-adenitis is commonly known as "armpit spots". Hydro-adenitis consists of the obstruction and inflammation of a type of sweat gland in the armpit and groin area. Its development affects the sebaceous and pilosebaceous follicles of contiguous areas that become involved in the inflammatory process. One can say that the treatment of choice is laser hair removal.

Sacral Cyst.
This consists of cyst development or invagination of the skin in the medial line of the sacral area. Normally these cysts develop during the embryonic formation of the body.
